Shipping Policy

To serve our friends and customers around the world, we ship both domestically and internationally. Orders are processed within twenty-four hours and shipped within forty-eight hours of receipt Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next business day.

Order deliveries within the U.S. are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which guarantees delivery in 3-4 business days. We may ship UPS Ground depending on the weight or size of the package. As a result, we cannot ship heavy or orders requiring large boxes to P.O. Boxes without special arrangements.

Canada: For Canadian orders, we usually ship USPS Global Priority Mail, which guarantees delivery within 4-5 business days. We may ship UPS Global Ground depending on the weight or size of the package. We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.

For orders weighing in excess of 5lbs, requiring special size packaging or special handling, shipping costs will be based on weight and destination.

For Orders $250 or more, shipping is free.

International Shipping: For international shipping, we ship via USPS Global Ground or UPS Global Ground depending on size and weight of package. If you need expedited delivery, we can ship USPS Global Priority. For all International orders rates will be calculated based on package weight and destination.

We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes. If you request, we will confirm total order amount including shipping via e-mail prior to charge for your approval – however, this will delay your order until we receive your confirmation.
